Tastes like Chicken

I served these Chicken Butt! cookies at Wellesley Booksmith to a very appreciative crowd. I thought I baked a flock of them but they flew off the tray!
Tasted like gingerbread, actually, not chicken. Which was, as Martha Stewart would say, a good thing.

Your presentation at Wellesley Booksmith was Egg-traordinary (and egg-citing, and mighty egg-cellant...gosh, this is so much fun!)
It certainly left a lasting impression...my sixteen year old said to me last night..."if you ask me GUESS WHAT? one more time...!"
